Friendly, honest tech support and teaching from someone who's been doing this for over two decades — and still loves it.
@Home
I've been taking computers apart and putting them back together since I was six years old — and I still genuinely love it. If something's not worth fixing, I'll tell you straight. If there's a free solution, I'll show you it. What I won't do is drag a job out or charge you for something you don't need. The best outcome for you is what matters — not the biggest invoice for me.
@School
Whether you're a teacher looking for something you can actually use on Monday morning, or a parent wanting to support your child's learning at home — everything here is written by someone who's been in the classroom for over two decades. All resources have been tested in front of real students. If it's on here, it works.

What most small businesses need isn't a complicated website — it's a clean online presence that points people to their door. I build sites that do exactly that, then stick around to keep them working for you.
Need something changed? Just email me — no fuss, no bother, it'll be taken care of. No disappearing act after launch.
Small business tech problems are just home problems in a different building. Same friendly service, same honest rates — whether I'm coming to you or fixing it remotely.
Pricing
No hidden costs, no call-out charges within the area, no invoice you weren't expecting. Every job comes with a fully itemised invoice so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Home or business — I come to you. Corsham, Bath and Chippenham area. Card payments welcome on the doorstep.
Safe, secure remote access — I can see and fix your screen without leaving the house. Perfect when you just need something sorted quickly.
Sometimes all you need is a quick answer. First one's on me — after that, if I've saved your day in under five minutes, buy me a coffee.
About me
Computer support in Corsham, Bath & Chippenham
"You want someone friendly, non-judgemental, and who knows their stuff. That's me."
I've been teaching Computer Science for over 24 years, including more than 12 as Head of Department, and I hold a degree and postgraduate diploma in Computer Science. I've spent nearly a decade as a qualified online safety ambassador, working with students, parents, and staff across schools.
But honestly? My relationship with computers started long before any of that. I've been taking them apart, putting them back together, and figuring out how they work since I was six years old. That's 44 years of genuine curiosity — and it still hasn't worn off.
No jargon. No making you feel silly for asking. Just honest help from someone who genuinely enjoys this stuff.
Get in touch
Not sure if I can help? Just ask. There's no obligation and I won't try to sell you something you don't need.
Remote support is also available nationwide — if you're not local, get in touch anyway and we'll work something out.
